Ryuki technically was the starting point for the model/ ikemen casting (at least it was officially stated that it was), but in theory, the casts of Agito and Kuuga also fall in that category. High fashion photo magazines for toku actors such as the Hero Vision started with Kuuga. I happen to own an issue from when Kuuga was on air.
On a side note, the actor who played Asakura is also in that one because he was on Changerion, but honestly, I never found him that attractive
