Personally when i was trying to decide where to go from watching OOO's i looked on the Kamen rider section of ranger central and just went for what looked cool, that and TVN where releasing hd subs of den-o =p

But yeah, decade is a nice intro to themes and suits, each arc is enjoyable too but as a whole its a little incomplete and.. yeah you'll see =p Beyond that i echo what everyone else has said about W. It's a nice blend of everything and is really solidly written. There's a few odd Dopant designs and thats really my only complaint.
