[Phantom Stranger]

Oh boy, I really wanna get into this? I guess I'll give a very abridged version.

After relentless abuse I suffered on several forums, I wandered around site to site. After all the torment, I wanted to remain a stranger. No photos, no names, not revealing much at all. Though I often found myself playing counselor to various users.

My first Girlfriend, Jess, lived in Missouri. She had an abusive fundamentalist religious nutjob father, ripped straight out of a Dave Willis comic. All I could do, given my limited abilities, was offer comfort and words, advice. I could never really help her, since, you know, poor, lived in Georgia, was...16? I think.

Observe, and listen. I could not directly get involved. I was a ghost. I was very cynical back then, for obvious reasons. Though I still loved helping others, however limited that was.

Eventually I found myself with no Girlfriend and alone for about 2 years, then another 3 later on. Eventually I became less cynical, and in spite of the darkness, became more optimistic, if not ignorant of the horrible ills of the world, much like the best of the comic characters I care so much about.

And well, here I am.
