The fact both wear goggles doesn't show a direct line of "inspired by" to me. Maybe Chip will come out later and say whether or not that was the case, but it takes more than a single prop to have something be "inspired" ... now, if Heckyl/Snyde ends up becoming the Talon Ranger after absorbing Tyler's information, then yes, I would call that inspiration.

That...would actually be a nice way to go about it. In my opinion.
