[Soupy]

I was in Seoul for a few days and saw this so I picked it up. Does anyone else have one? It cost 24000 Won. So roughly 20 US Dollars? It seems official for Korea and has Toei copyright on the back of box.



It seems there Black but I didn't see one or have time to look for one.




He has a swivel head, ratcheting forward movement arms, swivel side movement on arms, bicep swivel, double jointed elbows, wrist swivel, swivel hips, thigh swivels, double jointed knees. forward and backwards ankles and ankle rockers. No waist movement. Lights in the head and sounds.


Left arm is restricted by the fixed should pad but other than that, 360 rotation on ratchets.


Head can turn left and right but only as far as seen in the picture. I think he electronics get in the way. Elbow can only bend 90 degrees despite being double jointed.


Leg has limited forward movement due to sculpt. Actually it moves higher than that to about 85 degrees but I couldn't get the right balance. Although I gave up after a min. If you have a BOA 5in the leg moves forward the same amount.


Double jointed knees work well. No problem with the balance this way.




Weapons are well painted. The sword is stubby. No idea why seeing as it does not transform. They are made from a hard rubber except for the sword tip, which is soft. The T Rex head does not have a handle inside. it just frictions onto the hand. Works okay.

Also ankles have a rocker that weirdly can go out more than in, but you can still get a decent A stance.





The head lights up and does have different patterns. It takes 3 button cell batteries which were included. To activate the lights and sounds you press on the buckle. He says 4 Phrases with effect sounds. Which are...

Zyudenchi loading in noise - "Brave In" - Closing the revolver sound? - "Gaburincho!"

Slashing sound - "Brave finish!" - a hiiiiiiii yell?(like youre yelling hiya but no ya) - slash and explosion sound

"Brave King!" 3 second of carnival theme when they henshin - firing henshin shooting sound.

Slashing sounds- I cant tell what he's saying but it sounds like "King of pyramid brave!" - "Power Rangers Dino Force!"


Overall I'm happy with this. It is well painted in the front AND the back. Details are all there and nice. Not great articulation but way way better than the 12" figures here in the US or 5 inch for that matter. For $20 its worth it to me and I would buy Kyoryu black too. I saw one on eBay for $24 but after shipping it would cost around $40. I'm not sure I would pay that. If its still around after Christmas I might cave. Sorry for the crappy pics.
