Hey y'all!! Remember how we started to work, and got pretty far, on the Tokunation Rider? And then suddenly we all stopped... Well, I'm here to bring an idea that GoseiWonder said to life. We will now work on a Rescue themed Rider!!
And unlike the other thread I'm going to post a list of the things we'll do, in the order we are supposed to do them. This way there's no confusion.

1. Main Rider Identity
2. Villains
3. Main Rider Forms (starting with primary, figuring out how many forms they'll have, and the weapons/perks/abilities of each form as well.)
4. Main Rider Machine
5-7. Same stuff for Secondary Rider
8-11. Same for Tertiary Rider (if necessary.)
