Since I'm doing Sentai's request still, (it's really good, but I want to make sure it's really good for reals) I thought I would put this out there if anyone wants to tackle it.

The lucky person who chooses to do this can use their favorite Rider and cross him over with the Ninja Turtles!

Now for some ground rules:

1: All Rider power ups must be within series canon

2: If at all possible, try and make some new foes, and perhaps combine enemies powers together (I.E. Shredder with a Dophat Memory)

3: You can go as high as Teen, but no higher than that.

4: There is no time limit on this.

5: If you need help on TMNT lore, I can help with that.
