From what I've seen

Changeman(15 episodes)- Hiryuu Tsurugi/ChangeDragon. Mild-mannered leader who was a badass.

Turboranger(ongoing)- Riki Honoo/Red Turbo. Very real feeling character who also kicks ass and is a fun guy to hang around. His actor still has his swag.

Jetman(Finished)- Gai Yuki/Black Condor. The defining example of a badass Sentai Hero. He was awesome and really changed throughout Jetman.

Zyuranger(Finished)- Goushi/MammothRanger. Wise, kind man who always did right and went out of his way to save his friends and people.

Carranger(Finished)- Three way tie between Kyosuke/Red Racer, Minoru/Green Racer and Youko/Pink Racer. Kyosuke because he went from idiot to excellent leader, Minoru because he's hilarious and Youko because she's kind and sweet.

Megaranger(Finished)- Three way tie between Kenta/MegaRed, Kouichiro/MegaBlack, and Chisato/MegaYellow. You root for Kenta, going from poor student to confident badass leader, Kouichiro because he is a good role model and really knew when to set his ground, and Chisato because she was awesome, kind, sweet, well rounded and a badass.

Gingaman(Finished)- Gouki/GingaBlue. Served the gentle giant manner well, and had some funny/cool moments. Ryouma/GingaRed and Saya/GingaPink get honorable mentions too.

Timeranger(20 episodes)- Between Tatsuya/TimeRed and Domon/TimeYellow. Tatsuya you root for to get away from his father and build his own future, and Domon because he's so different for a Yellow Ranger, and he's sometimes funny.

Abaranger(11 episodes)- Ryouga/AbaRed. Definition of a humble ranger, kind and always sees the light in everything, but kicks some serious ass.

Boukenger(finished)- Satoru/BoukenRed for being a more traditional leader, Sakura/BoukenPink for being one of the coolest pinks we ever had, and Natsuki/BoukenYellow for being the comic relief of the team.

Shinkenger(finished)- Chiaki/ShinkenGreen and Mako/ShinkenPink.

Gokaiger(finished)- Luka/GokaiYellow. I'm a sucker for sassy, pretty Yellow Rangers, and she was the definition of it.
