Anyone remember the last time Ultraman Cosmos actually took down a kaiju on his own TV show?
For those that don't know, his whole shtick is different from the standard issue Ultraman who goes blasting kaijus away like nobody's business.
Instead he tames them and has them stop causing a ruckus.

It is a standalone show that is not part of the Metal Hero series and is a show that had Shirakura and Inoue as the main staff circa 1996(the last Metal Hero show to date is Robotack which came out during 1998).
Hagino who most love as Asakura/Kamen Rider Ouja from Ryuki played the role of private eye Suzumura Akira, who is kind of a dummy and a womanizer unintentionally bombarded by his source of power the Crystal Power(not making this up) and is then fighting the bad guys of the show called DarkZide with the good guy organization of the show called SAIDOC.
Also, the name is pronounced "Shan-ze-ri-on", which means that the 'Change-' part is pronounced like the French word Changemont.
