Yeah the first episode kinda just throws you in and was way too rush, and I also do not like Change Robo, think it's the most generic mech in Sentai.

The next episodes spread it out though and we see more about everything.

And I've seen good first episodes, in fact most of the sentai I've seen have had good ones.
