Got Kakashi today. The hips do look a little weird, but seem to work fine so articulation's great. And he has a fantastic amount of accessories and hands. Only big issue I have is with the head. Find it hard to get it popped back on and the faces on the headband-up head kind of fall out far, far too easily. But also I find the waist portion of the jacket being detached rather weird. It sits so loosely on him so can get knocked out of alignment by accident.
