Considering your kid is smart enough to notice that have you considered showing him Zyuranger at this point? =) I mean if he's noticed the plot holes at this point I think he can probably handle what happens to the Green Ranger in Zyuranger XD.

OG Dragonzords tend to go for about $100 on eBay, with the Legacy one actually costing a little more (Usually about $20-50 more).
Dino Megazords (Both original and Legacy) tend to be a little cheaper, floating around online for about $50-100, depending on where you find it (Since you can get pretty nice deals on it).
You could probably help her grab a Dino Megazord without too large of a hit to your wallet with some smart shopping and patience. Dragonzord, I dunno...
I'd actually agree with this, and heck even the Legacy Dragon Zord even if you end up paying a little extra and hold on to the spare set of hands it comes with I have a feeling the toy would hold up to a kid playing with it really well, there are some solid die cast pieces in it and the hip pegs are pretty well built, I don't see it beign a toy very easily broken by a kid through normal play. The legacy Line may be expensive but it sure has the build quality BOA has been lacking recently in the mainline.
