There are other changes, most likely, but those were the 3 that I knew of (The buildings one being most obvious).

Ah I wasn't aware of that thanks for letting me know, out of curiosity was the netflix version also censored or just the DVDs? Because that would be really weird to keep the censors in the dvds from a year or two ago if the uncut ones were present in the netflix version.

Also yeah given the year it came out in I can kinda see why that got cut along with some other things. I do have to say even with any cuts they did the show definitly did have dark as heck moments for a kids show like Frax's back story.
