Yup. I read the issue yesterday as well and thought it was kind of cop out that Frost's forms worked out that way. Though they do look good as color swaps of Frieza. Now I'll take a figuart of his final form please, easy repaint

But I'm immensely happy to see normal Super Saiyan/SS2 return in the manga at least.
