One could claim that it was the 10th member of the Kamen Rider Club, Yuki's trusty puppet Hayabusa-Kun is being given away via a lottery system at a Bandai event, but fret not for those who can't attend the event in person, Bandai is allowing people to purchase a chance to buy a lottery entry via their Bandai premium shop for a chance to own this hand made 1:1 Hayabusa puppet. The lottery costs 2,625 yen per entry, the deadline is Nov. 12th 2012 at 3:00 PM, and the winner will be contacted a week after the deadline. Winner needs to be a Japanese resident unfortunately.
