if I remember correctly, Bandai Japan did that for Nininnger with their Artisan line.
Truthfully i find even the quality of plastic is better from Bandai Japan as opposed to what Bandai America provide us with... perfect example - cheap, floppy legs on the Legacy Red Dragon Thunderzord.
