The things that frustrate me about Super Sentai the most are the overabundance of collectibles and mecha, which others have mentioned. A combination of 10+ smaller mecha always looks too cluttered to me. I'm worried that Zyuogher's going to end up with like 25 cube animals that can combine into two 12-cube abominations.

And the collectibles, yeesh. I've bought some Ranger Key sets and I have two Support Resshas coming in the mail so I guess I'm part of the problem, but when there are a hundred-plus cards or keys or whatever to collect it seems exploitative. And I don't dislike collectibles or mecha, I just wish there were a bit fewer in each show from Gaoranger onwards.
