That was a pretty good episode. I enjoyed a lot about this one!
Something particular that I liked was Genis's reaction to GIFT being destroyed, actually becoming more amused at the loss of his trump card. That alone actually made me a lot more interested in Genis and what else he has (Though, going by next episode's preview, he's probably gonna sit on his plans for a few more weeks).

I really liked that Yamato, despite feeling a little wishy washy at first, comes clean to the others the next day about the Eagle Zyuman. I really dislike when secrets are kept, since it causes needless strife, so it was nice to know that Yamato valued his teams feelings rather than his own and came clean. It fits for a guy like him.
What didn't fit was him rushing a giant enemy (Which very cleanly defeated the whole team and both their mechs) alone. He didn't even summon Cube Eagle or Gorilla to help. He just threw himself at it. Kind of a dumbass choice, but I guess he was feeling rather guilty over possibly trapping the other Zyuohgers (And wanting to make sure they prioritized getting the cube). Oh well, one boneheaded choice does not a dumbass make, so I'll let it slide~

I am curious about his motives, though. I wonder if Zyuland wanted to destroy the Earth or something at one point...You never know.

Wild Zyuoh King looks pretty solid when it's not just a set of blocks, much like the other mechs. I enjoy his suit, and it makes me really regret missing out on the first set of Minipla (BTW, if anyone is looking to sell a set of the first 5 Minipla, I'm game~).
One thing that I really hope is that WZK is saved for "Big" battles. I really dislike when an amazing new power is used on mundane opponents (I doubt they'll have any restraint on keeping him out of episodes, but it's just a desire of mine )

Well, that's all the thoughts I had, in complete random order. Next week's episode is unsurprisingly a break, with a seemingly more silly premise of Tusk working at a bookstore or something. Looks fun (Also, it looks like there's a funky hat that looks like the monster on Zyuoh King in the preview. Wonder what's going on there).

Mario has actually caught me off guard. For a character that was dressing as animals and making obnoxious noises, I imagined he's be eye rolling and I'd hate him. He's been quite tolerable, keeping his comedy shtick to a surprising low and has been rather decent at dishing out nice advice to Yamato at times.
