But even if that’s the case, how did they know in the past that Tutankhamen would counter this Ganmizer? I mean they could summon Musashi and talk to him, but only because Takerus dad synchronized with Musashi’s tsuba. So they had no idea what Tutankhamen could do. Where they flipping through history books and thought "Hey this guy died as a kid, he can counter the Ganmizer with the time-warp ability!" – "Sounds good to me!". Or did they ask Musashi to go into the afterlife and ask "Hey guys, who wants to party, Eyecon-style?", I don’t buy that either.

Then, another thing: If they selected the 15 heroes before they became Eyecons, how could they make sure that 15 people who could resonate with artifacts of said heroes well enough to summon their ghosts would reside in Japan? Or that said artifacts are even in the country?

This feels like it would fit for the leaked/fake initial plot we’ve heard that Ghost travels the world to search for the Eyecons. In this case the Driver could tell him which heroes he needs to find, and this could link to the Ganmizers. But how should Takeru’s dad and co. know which heroes would be best? And how did they even "select" them? Were they Eyecons programmed to only work with certain heroic souls? Or were they assembled once in the past and then hidden? But that couldn’t be because the ghosts are free and not in their Eyecons when first encountered.

To be honest I don’t think there’s a way they can make sense with this. Or give me an explanation I would buy within the realms of the shows story.
