My issue is not whether a story is predictable or not. Heck I follow these news because I'd rather know the story beats in advance instead of going in blind.

I just don't like infighting within heroes, I'd rather see the heroes work together to defeat the villain than see them actively try to harm each other.

TheWorld will ultimately join the team and be as much of a hero as any of them so it falls under that even if he's to be initially introduced as an antagonist.

Well, the thing about The World is that he's not a hero. From how things seem, he's gonna be a villain on introduction, akin to AbareKiller.
