Okay, here we go: First of all I don’t think anyone can tell you because your opinion is already cast in stone. At least I get that vibe from your posts. I’m actually quite surprised why you’re even asking this question.
Someone can tell you why we think your opinion on the show is wrong, but I don’t feel like it would change anything. Just accept that the show wasn’t for you. It’s very different from other Toku shows so it’s probably just the break from the formula that irritates you, no biggie.
Yeah I'm sorry about that, I forget not everyone has seen Gaim. That was my mistake. To be fair my opinion isn't in stone probably just really solid ice, I have been known to change my opinion, like I didn't care for Kamen Rider Black's ending for the longest time then decided to watch it again and saw that it was actually better than I first thought it was and took it everything negative I said about it back.
I personally loved 45 episodes of Gaim and then the ending sent it down the toilet. I mean I don't hate the fact that a lot of my favorite riders come from this show like Knuckle, Bravo, Ryugen, Zangetsu, Baron, and more. I think I just got angry from the other thread because well Drive and Ghost I love and them being attacked made me both angry and well I personally thought Gaim also had writing issues too. Though I do have this issue where I get angry I grow irrational and not notice it so this post is just born from that irrationality so once again I apologize.

Thank you, that's my other issue that it is overhyped and overhyped things do bother me at times. Yeah it had a lot of character development issues. Overall the flaws of the show just bother me a lot and I wonder why people like this. I really don't mean to become offensive to others favorites like people do to mine. Anyways I feel that I might have to give Gaim a rewatch though and possibly inspect more of the aspects I will notice seeing the show a second time after knowing it.

But in Gaim, while there's still MoTW, the primary focus was the story and the lore. Each episode is important as you need to watch the next episode in order to see what happens but you also need to watch the previous episodes in order to fully understand what's going on.
Also, the series in one of the few where the writing manages to make the supporting characters, well, supportive. For example, the other Riders aside from the main ones. And also, the writing can be surprising, take a look at Ryugen. He looks like a typical sidekick but they managed to turn him into possibly the best character of the show.
TL;DR, Gaim changed a lot of things and makes the series fresh.
Well I'll give it the respect for those things but I am not entirely sure it changed the formula entirely maybe changed the formula back I'll give it.
Well it did well with some supporting characters and bad with some others. I doesn't deserve the super amount of hate I was giving it but overall I feel it had its strengths and weaknesses but its weaknesses won out overall to me.
