Probably the Sengoku Driver since it has electronics in both the belt and the collectible, so you get unique combination sounds just by mixing the nameplates and Lockseeds. It's also sleak and has great colours aside from the safety-neon belt. (but hey, it was test equipmant, and the production version had a silver belt)

The W driver is cool for the same reason, by having two electronic components from having two collectibles. Really anything that simultaniously physically alters the driver itself and has unique sound combinations per form/rider.

Not really sure. Most I care about are still readily available. I guess whichever one is rare/expensive that people really want.

Again, any one where the interchangable component has the electronics. Aside from giving the collectibles more purpose, it means the driver can be updated indefinitely for any new collectible made for it.

Any driver with electronics in the belt and not the collectible. Aside from it making the collectible just a piece of plastic, it limits future upgrades to being whatever was programmed in at release. Plus the driver can get cumbersome. Drive's and Ghost's are good examples. Giant, ugly mounds of annoying preset sounds without possibility of added "forms." In fifteen years when Kamen Rider Underpants comes out, we could feasibly still get a functional, compatible Skidmark Lockseed that has it's own name and slogan sound effects. Not so for Shiftcars or Eyecons.

Oh, and the Wizardriver, man that was lame. The very worst example of the driver hogging electronics. And unlike Drive or Ghost which at least had small changes between forms, the Wizardriver never physically changes. Not even the light in the hand.
