I'm 18 episodes into this show and he sure as hell isn't like this with the monsters he fights its weird going from the "fighting and killing at last resort" X to OG Ultraman who rips monsters apart and kills them even when he knows they aren't inherently malicious.

It's a really great show though, I'm loving every second of it.
