Well, Terui is a jerkface and I don't like him at all in this episode. However, Accel is a great design, I love it, so I'm interested in the character. I can sympathize with him to a degree, because I'm pretty sure I would also flip the hell out if my family was murdered. And I like that he's setup as the polar opposite of Shotaro, being actually Hard Boiled rather than Half, and hating Fuuto and its inhabitants, rather than loving it and them.

When I first watched this show about a year ago, I seem to remember Terui being a douchebag for several episodes, before I finally liked him, and maybe that's going to hold true, but at the end of this storyarc he was hanging out with the gang at their office, making them delicious coffee, playfully teasing Shotaro that maybe he should replace him as Double, and seemed legitimately happy.

I loved the introduction of Accel, and Shroud, I was very intrigued by her the first time through the show, wondering who she was, where she got the gadgets and why she gave them to Terui, and now knowing the answers I'm excited to see her again and looking forward to later reveals.

Episode 21 gives us the actress that prompted me to watch a few episodes of Dekaranger, before I quite because I couldn't stand it. She's a better character here anyway. I'm liking the story of the Triceratops Dopant, and I always like seeing the progression of the Sonozaki family.
