Let's see for the Sentai, the first set that you saw were all Super Sentai that didn't get adapted for Power Rangers, minus Zyuranger, the one that did get adapted into MMPR.
The one with the gem you pointed at is from Goggle V while the bird one is from Sun Vulcan.

Were they filming anything there when you arrived?

It's worth the visit for sure. Even despite the Sentai stuff there's so many other great things to see.
It was a bit overcast that day and even began to rain right before we left, so there was no filming, but there was a big cosplay event where lots of people came in full costume from all sorts of different anime to use the sets for their photoshoots, which was pretty fun to see. I'll be uploading video of that on my Youtube channel once I edit it. The funny thing was in the hotel I stayed at the night before, they had a bunch of Super Sentai and Kamen Rider shows on TV and one of them involved Kamen Rider going back in time and using that set.
