But that doesn’t mean I take offense at gentlemen that don’t fit the male stereotype or have “feminine” traits. Just because a man “needs saving” doesn’t make me any less of a woman, I feel. Likewise, a woman being the “saviour” doesn’t and shouldn’t make you any less of a man. Why can’t I, for example, defend/ save myself just because I’m a woman?

And I'm a self respecting male who is proud of his femininity.... Wait...Yes, that's right. I'm gay and a bit feminine. I need plenty of saving at times and I do my fair share of saving. I think I'm quite balanced. I actually find it fun when a woman comes to my aid, shows me that she can handle herself and deserves respect. And when I have to save a woman, I don't look at her any differently. I look at her as someone that has fallen into a situation that needs assisstance. Nothing more, nothing less. She isn't weaker or lesser. She's human. All humans fall short of something in times regardless of genders.
