They're on par with Figuarts, really. If you've never dealt with that: Better than Mattel or Hasbro stuff, generally speaking. Different materials and in some places feel "softer", but they're a higher quality and the softer material makes them much more flexible.

Pros:
- Lends themselves very well to animated designs
- You tend to get quite a bit of kit depending on the character, and their alternate face parts are a lot more expressive than Figuarts.
- semi-soft but flexible plastic means that they move very smoothly.
- They "hide" their joints better than most other styles.
Cons:
- More "realistic" designs are just not their area of expertise (such as The Avengers or especially Bruce Lee)
- GSC tends to go overboard with their in-house shop preorder bonuses, sometimes relgating signature or "necessary" accessories or expressions to bonuses you can only get through them.
- They tend to underproduce figures that are extremely popular.
- Aftermarket gets out of hand FAST and never really settles down. Example: Fate/Unlimited Blade Works Archer.
- Release dates are frequently treated as a suggestion rather than a rule.

Fairly frequently. As for a particular series... variable.

I'm not sure how to answer this one, but they fit in with other 1/12 lines like SHFs or Marvel legends pretty well. I have Saber and Sayaka in a display with a few Riders and they fit in just fine.
