I got really into figmas in summer of 2014, and I bought several from things I hadn't watched, just because they looked cool. One of the first I got was Kamen Rider Spear, because Imperer's design is awesome. As with most other things I bought on a whim, I eventually became interested in the original work, so I decided to watch Ryuki, and I liked Ryuki. Which is when I started being interested in Kamen Rider, though I didn't watch another series until like 9 months afterwards, around last summer. Haven't stopped since.

Super Sentai I've pretty much always been aware of as the shows from which Power Rangers is derived, and becoming a fan of KR has meant I've familiarized myself more with this franchise as well. Zyuohger has been the first show I've watched, though.
