It's funny how the show keeps babbling about "Infinite Potential", considering that’s the only thing this show got in the end: Potential. Potential which they never properly used.

In my personal experience with this franchise Ghost will go down as a show which sounds great on paper but wastes every little drop of potential.

The reveal of Gramps and his backstory was something I wanted to see for a long time so I enjoyed what I saw, but meanwhile Ghost continues to be Ghost so everything around it was mediocre at best. I think even the action is really boring, it lacks focus IMO. Other shows often had some really cool camera angles or impact to their fighting, Ghost is always meh. It had its shots but I can’t remember a single fight which really impressed me.

The show isn’t over yet but for me it really feels like it has nothing more to offer. To be honest the Summer Movie interests me a little bit but the show is over as far as I’m concerned. I’ll watch the last bunch of episodes so that the show can get to its predictable happy ending with both worlds saved and Takeru revived but I don’t expect to be entertained.
