Big One not being card theme is why I singled him out. And while Go Fish is easy, Poker and gambling are not. Also, is Big Bomber too realistic? Ninjas are considered violent, and that is why I'm at a loss as to how they will reconcile themselves with shurikens.

The point of the question is what I would do. Not Saban. Not Disney. Not Lynn. Not anyone but myself.
It is a purely theoretical situation.
I don't need to worry about the logistics. I don't need to concern myself about continuity errors (Something that Saban seems perfectly keen to make in his own fucking show, but suddenly when I propose a theory, I have to be squeaky fucking clean).

If it is what you want, then go for it. But I don't want to think in theoretical terms. Not completely. I want the theory to seem as realistic as possible.
