It could mean either the Legend War or later episodes in season 2. The 199 hero movie had Shinken Green (Samurai Green), Shinken Gold (Samurai Gold), Deka Pink (SPD Pink, Bouken Red (Overdrive Red), and Go-On Yellow (RPM Ranger Yellow) talking to the Goseigers/Megaforce Rangers after the legend war. It just depends on how they adapt it.
