[Aoi Kurenai]

Faiz was the first series I ever saw. I watched the show when I got high speed internet for the first time back in 2004 when Blade was airing. I knew what Sentai and Kamen Rider were but I had never actually seen either one. I was absolutely taken with how different Faiz seemed to be from Power Rangers. I managed to watch the entire show in about three days. (I was 15 back then, marathoning a show that fast is something I don't have the energy to do these days)

It's not a perfect series by any means but because it's my first and because the stories seemed so intense, even in comparison to a lot of things from today, it's always had special place in my heart.
