Then, as the series progresses, we get two more teams of three integrated into the proceedings, as pseudo-antagonists or friendly adversaries who learn to play well with each other over the course of the show. I don't really think that something so radical would ever happen, but it would be cool to see some sort of shakeup of the established format.

Given that we already had 10 total in one show your theory is not far fetched IMO. I think it could work.
