Thanks to Eleven Arts website we have the details.


It appears it's being individually distributed to theaters.


In the USA this will (at the moment) include 17 theaters between September 29th through October 6th, showing the film as they wish to (some are just showing it once, some multiple times, etc.)


In Canada there are a handful of listings for showings on September 16th through the 19th (it being late on the 16th right now.)


Extremely limited, so if you want to see it and you have one near you, these limited screenings may be your last chance to see it in theaters (especially may be important if you missed the Fathom event for some reason or another.)

Check the Eleven Arts link above for the listings of theaters, as it's likely they will add more.
