The episode as a whole was almost entirely forgettable. The wrap up for the characters was nice and all, but a lot of it was also just them standing around spitting out vague proclamations instead of actually communicating. Generally felt pretty pointless, and that's before they shoehorned the creepy future kid. The episode did sell me a lot on Ex-Aid, though - he already seems pretty fun and likable as a character, even if the suit is still garbage.

When I saw the preview for this episode, I thought the kid was actually Takeru's father as a kid.
