I think you mean Kamen Rider Psyga. Saga was the dude with the whip from Kiva that was shown off a couple years ago but never released.

But man, X Rider and Apollo Geist? It may be time to get back into Figuarts (assuming the latter actually comes out and isn't just a display piece).

Actually, it's probably worth pointing out that just because a figure is displayed at a convention like this that doesn't mean it's actually going to come out. We've had a lot of Figuarts show up at one of these events only to never be seen again. Bandai loves to cocktease.
