You're probably not wrong, but we don't exactly know how the Buggle Driver works. I mean, it doesn't have a second slot at all, so it wouldn't be able to Level Up in a traditional way despite it being a big gimmick. It's possible that it works like, say, the Ghost Driver (or really, any number of Drivers) and Zombie just gets him in his base form, after which he is able to switch out to other Gashats freely. Maybe it'll be like "Press A to use this Gashat as armor, Press B to summon the Gamer" or something.

Or maybe not. Just throwing it out there as a possibility.

With the Buggle Driver on GENM is also left unarmed. He may be able to detach the Bugvisor after transformation and use it as usual. Maybe then he can use it to call out Gamers...?

Eh. Who knows.
