Image Anime is pretty legit, I've bought a few items from them and I've had no problems. However, I find them to be a bit overpriced, especially on Premium Bandai items. Shop around more to find better deals of you can. Also, I suggest only to use eBay as a last resort, very rarely you'll find good deals on Kamen Rider gear on there.
