Kiva's really messy in places but I think it's better than it's given credit for. Maybe not too much better, but certainly it's watchable.

Decade is super fun on an episode to episode basis, but if you want good arc-based storytelling it'll be disappointing.

Haven't watched Kiva yet, but agree with the rest of this.
