Huh, is that why? I always thought that fact that the vast majority of things on Crunchyroll lacked op/ed subs (even in cases where the lyrics are literally on screen) was just because they were arbitrarily lazy. So it's a rights thing? That's....weird? Why would there be different rights involved in having the song and providing translations? Weird.

Latest episode was good, anyway. Finally seeing some focus on Shibukawa and his work was fun, though the daughter was pretty obnoxious (which was I suppose the point, but eh. Between this kid and the latest episode of Zyuohger I'm kinda burned out on annoying kids in my toku right now). The punchline with the name at the end was pretty funny.

(Gai playing with his knife during the fight is still uncool though).
