For the first time, there are two reds from the beginning "Big Sun" and "Red Planet".
Kyuuranger leader is "Blue Planet"

So either the Shishired stuff is fake or the image is fake. (I don't see why there would be fake info attached to a real image)

EDIT - This image is most definitely fake, Cranejoe has already confirmed 9 rangers.
