I'm not really sure about the Rider thing, as I think he only can go down as far as that's concerned, judging by the way his Post-Agito shows went, getting progressively worse. Doesn't necessarily mean they're shit, but the trend is definitely downward overall.

He did that one episode featuring Jetman on Gokaiger, he was part of Shougeki! Gouraigan, Garo Makai Senki, wrote the Kamen Rider 1 movie this year, wrote the OOO section of OOO vs W Movie Taisen, supervised some of the recent Kamen Rider novels and writing the Ryuki novel himself, apparently also revised that strange Kamen Rider Faiz novel too(or his dark and messed-up nsfw reimagining to be exact *shudder*). Oh yeah he also wrote the Kuuga manga that started a year or two ago.
