He has a Necrom set up - introduced very early, no monster form, becomes an extremely strong Rider in the teens. But Parad's way too creepy and evil to turn good. Alain was always ambiguous, just kind of talking about his goals - Parad is constantly complimenting Dan's backstabbing and viciousness while making bizarre comments about games, fate, and being excited about things that should upset him. He's a lot like Kai from Den-O.
