I agree, but I do think it might happen for a few story reasons. Considering Tekkadan is on shaky ground with factions within Teiwaz, I wouldn't be surprised if someone cut off the funds to replace parts for Barbatos. Or that the armor they got off of Hashmal is far far better then Barabtos' Lupus' armor, so they just decide to use the best armor for thier best fighter.
