Since BOA America were involved with the concept stage of Kyuranger. I going to bet that they were the one of setting Kyuranger into a distant future where Jark MATTER pretty much take over the whole universe and even earth!

I mean why would you have Jark Matter to be the first Sentai villain to actually succeed of taking over the whole universe and earth

I remember Roidmudes were the first Kamen Rider Villains to actually succeed their evil plan which basically cause chaos in first ever episode of Drive.

It pretty interesting if they did that concept too
