Some of his individual episodes in other shows were pretty good too. But since Faiz, it seems he's going kinda wild on stuff. I heard that he had more supervision/ people in his team on Agito and Jetman, so... I consider it "Inoue unleashed", basically. And he did tend to do some pretty freaky stuff on other shows (Dairanger, for example).
For the guy who wrote Ghost (haven't memorized his name yet), we still have to see where his work is going from now on.

Takuro Fukuda (Ghost writer) has written for some drama series prior to writing Ghost but none of the ones I found ever ranged past 20 episodes. So it's possible that he was inexperienced with writing for shows that go on for much longer than that. Then again he also didn't write almost half of Ghost's episodes. Seriously go on wikipedia, find Ghost's episode list, search for his name and see how many times it comes up.
