It's only been 25 years. Most rangers were canonically high school age (Regardless of the actor's age).
The only plausible children we would have would be descendants from the Zordon era. Everyone else would be too young to actually be a ranger, unless we have a set of 13 year olds running around.

While we could have some time travel shenanigans through Time Force, I don't think that'd exactly work.
