Yeah Super Sentai and Kamen Rider would not work on Toonami. They are shows to sell toys and they won't work for their line up since modern Toonami focuses on shows aim to older people. I know Dragon Ball Super, Naruto and One Piece are on Toonami and they are aim to kids too in Japan. However the market for those shows in the US is different compare to the US.

It would be cool to have Japanese henshin heroes to be more well known in the US. We are getting some new giant monster movies lately, so I do think the demand for giant monster flicks is better now compare to 10-20 years. Also Toku is more than just superheros and kajiu, I would like to see more people respect Japanese film making and look at Japanese special effects more than just cheap looking Z graded film making. As someone who love Japanese Sci-Fi films at a young age, I always love the use of rubber suits and miniatures. Hollywood mostly uses CG while Japan still tries to keep things practical.
