Wait, you mean that thing wasn't satire? It was called Power/Rangers. With a "/". And the whole thing was really over the top. I could've swore the whole point of it was to make fun of Hollywood/fans for demanding goofy nostalgic properties get "dark" reimaginings.

Like, the idea that anyone would produce something like that in earnest seems impossible to me.

Anyway, I guess if this gets traction (I doubt it myself), I... sure would watch a trailer for it? I guess it could be cool but, it could also be really, really not cool.
