They end up replace him with Takeshi Sasaki to fill it the role while Hiroshi Fujioka.

Probably depends if he/she has a chance of coming back before the show ends. Lead actors have quit in Sentai before (see Bioman's yellow), and they simply kill them in suit and get a replacement. But given the fact that series nowadays last only one year, they'll probably just replace the actor if they got into a serious injury.
